RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you have 7 days from the date of order to inform us of your wish to cancel / return and a further 7 days to return the items. In the event that the goods have been delivered and you wish to cancel the order you must first inform us of your intention to cancel, then return the goods to:

Customers are responsible for arranging delivery and any costs that may apply for the return of goods. Goods must be returned in same packaging and condition as received. Upon return we will inspect the goods, if we believe they are not in the same condition as they were sent out we will refuse the return. However if they appear to be in 'new condition' we will refund the amount of the goods, not including return costs less a 20% restocking charge. Flooring UK only accept whole orders, part orders are not accepted as a return.
OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Flooring UK have the right to cancel your order if:
- We deem the transaction to be fraudulant
- If the order is made from a county, island or country which we do not offer our standard free deliver to and the extra delivery charge is not met by the customer
- We have insufficient stock of the product(s) ordered or unknown to us the product(s) has suddenly become discontinued
- A pricing or typing error has occurred in the display of the product ordered, which is untrue to the correct information or price.
