Rigid core is a super strong, water-resistant floor, designed to be stronger and more stable than standard a 100% PVC click vinyl flooring. This flooring comes with a 1.5mm built-in iXPE foam underlay for quick installation and excellent sound reduction properties.
Our Naturelle Rigid Core is a SPC (Stone Polymer Composite), which is regarded as the best click vinyl product available; the core is made up of PVC and limestone powder, blended to formulate the toughest, most durable and water-resistant flooring option available to for purchase.
All of our Naturelle rigid core, SPC products come with a built-in underlay, making them DIY-friendly and suitable for use with most varieties of subfloor. The strong click system and sturdy core of the plank ensure this floor goes together very easily without the need for adhesive.
This floor is also excellent above under floor heating, as well as in areas exposed to natural sunlight and warm rooms (up to 27°C). The Uniclic® installation system makes the product extremely easy to install. As our SPC click vinyl is water-resistant, it can be installed over areas which are slightly damp (up to 90% RH), making it ideal for new build properties and areas of high moisture.

Please note subfloors will need leveling if uneven (over 2.00mm variance across a 1.00m distance). If this applies to your subfloor, please use a structural material such as ply board for wooden floors or a smoothing compound (screed) if the subfloor is concrete. In some instances, both may be required. Do not use additional underlay when installing this floor. As it is a rigid core product, any extra compression underfoot can result in the floor breaking, just as if the subfloor were uneven.
