In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you have 7 days from the date of order to do so. In the event that the goods have been delivered and you wish to cancel the order you must first inform us of your intention to cancel, then return the goods to our registered address. Customers are responsible for arranging delivery and any costs that may apply for the return of goods. Goods must be returned in same packaging and condition as received. Upon return we will inspect the goods, if we believe they are not in the same condition as they were sent out we will refuse the return. However if they appear to be in 'new condition' we will refund the amount of the goods, not including return costs less a 20% restocking charge. Flooring UK only accept whole orders, part orders are not accepted as a return.
